These terms govern the request and provision of the collection, washing and delivery service managed by Lavandería Rapiddo.
1. Service provider

2. Scope of the service
Lavandería Rapiddo offers a laundry collection, washing and delivery service subject to operational availability at the time of booking.
3. Booking request
The customer must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in order to manage the pickup and delivery correctly.
A request submitted through the website does not by itself guarantee the provision of the service if there is any operational issue, material error or unforeseen impossibility.
4. Pickup details
The customer must correctly indicate the type of location and pickup point:
- For a home, apartment or business: full address and city.
- For a hotel: hotel name, room number and city.
- For a boat: port, boat name and city.
5. Pricing and commercial terms
The service price will be the one in force at the time of contracting and may depend on the weight, volume, garment type or any special requirements of the order.
Any extraordinary service or special treatment may require additional express acceptance.
6. Pickup and delivery
The dates and times offered are subject to availability. Delivery may be calculated automatically according to the operational schedule of the service.
The indicated timeframes are estimates and may be affected by organisational, technical, logistical or force majeure reasons.
7. Customer obligations
- Provide the laundry in suitable conditions for collection.
- Inform us about delicate garments or special treatment requirements before pickup.
- Report any relevant issue that may affect the service.
- Provide correct access instructions or the exact pickup and delivery location.
8. Service limitations
Lavandería Rapiddo may reject garments or orders presenting hygiene risks, serious previous damage, insufficient instructions or characteristics incompatible with the requested service.
9. Incidents and claims
Any issue related to the service must be reported as soon as possible after delivery so that it can be reviewed properly.
10. Data protection
Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
11. Governing law
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
